Festive Carol singing at Nick's Farm.
Today we turned up at Nick’s Farm in Throop where we sang festive music and carols to parents, children and staff. Nick’s Farm gives work opportunities to young people so we thought we would get them in the festive mood with a little singing.
We sang for an hour then had a little break, giving us time to wander around and greet the animals - some of whom had been singing along with us!
Even though we were few in number we gave a great sound while raising money for our charities. Plus, we also received a generous donation from a kind supporter of Wessex Chorus.
What a pleasure to sing in rural surroundings and, thankfully, the weather was kind too.
